Ark Blake Academy recognised nationally for employee engagement

Ark Blake Academy has been awarded a Top 5% national recognition badge by The Engagement Platform (TEP) following the Spring 2026 surveys.

 

The school achieved outstanding results for Employee Agency, placing it among the highest-performing schools nationally across TEP’s dataset of over 500 schools and 300,000+ students.

 

The Engagement Platform is a validated, benchmarked survey platform used by schools and multi-academy trusts across England to measure and improve engagement across students, employees and school communities.
